Job Description

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Answer incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance and patient information Collect copays and balances Maintain patient records and documentation Assist providers and staff with administrative tasks Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients
Qualifications:
Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is a plus Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
