Job Description

The successful candidate must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish and demonstrate strong communication skiss in both languages. We are seeking a dependable and reliable individual who values punctuality, maintains excellent attendance, and demonstrates professionalism and accountability in all aspects of the role . Duties include but are not limited to the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the office, data entry, customer care, filing, coping documents, receiving and answering emails in a professional manner. This person must be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft, excel and outlook. Must have customer service experience. Willing to work 40 hours 9am-5pm weekdays . The ideal candidate needs to be a hard-working professional able to undertake office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. Responsibilities Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc. Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages Skills Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position Familiarity with office procedures Working knowledge of office devices and processes Knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Fluent in
English and Spanish Job Type:
