You will play a crucial role in supporting the community's daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions. Compensation:
$20 - $21 hourly to start
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needed supplies, and place orders. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Provide general administrative support to the Board of Directors and the community manager, as needed. Conduct new homeowner orientations. Assist residents with common inquiries, such as work order processing, architectural modification requests, etc. Liaise with Clubs and Committees. Manage the Community Calendar. Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office organization and office protocols. HOA Management experience preferred, but not mandatory. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be highly organized, personable, and able to maintain a high level of service in the face of pressure situations. Have experience in a deadline-driven environment and take action with a sense of urgency. Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities. Have excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills. Must be technologically capable; basic knowledge of Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook programs, with the ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot common issues.
