Job Overview:

The Intern will collaborate with the volunteer interns to support various departments and projects, gaining exposure to healthcare administration, patient services, and operational efficiency .

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in a health field or management science

Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Interest in the healthcare industry Reliable and punctual Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned Assist with the distribution of patient information and resources Compile and analyze data for reports and presentations Participate in project based learning and present capstone project to the hospital Executive Council at the conclusion of the internship Provide administrative support to various departments Provide support to patient navigation or patient experience initiatives Support the development and implementation of process improvements
