Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Experience in the Construction/Remodeling Industry a plus, but not required. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our staff in delivering high-quality service. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Duties Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, texts and mail. Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information as needed to ensure excellent client communication. Work on Marketing posts on FB and Instagram also marketing emails and mail. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Skills Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and take charge attitude. Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus. Bilingual in english and spanish are required to apply for this position. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Strong organizational skills to manage files and appointments effectively.
