Job Description

We're looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our marketing team. This is more than just a support role it's an opportunity to be at the center of a collaborative, creative, and growth focused company where your organization, initiative, and problem solving skills can make a real impact. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, visitors, and the general public, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, sharing information, and ensuring a positive experience with our organization. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced and innovative team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers, screens and forwards calls by providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments, with professionalism. Greets persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Assists with marketing, project management, and bookkeeping tasks. Assists in preparing various financial or administrative reports. Conducts research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents. Oversee and coordinate executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries. Provide cashier functions (i.e. receive payment, provide change and produce receipt). Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
