Front Office Staff

IPPC, Inc a long term care pharmacy in Morganville is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to fulfill a full-time position in our front office.

Responsibilities and duties:

Handling incoming calls and other communications Responds to Beneficiary statements. Prepares and sends monthly statements Process insurance payments Managing filing system Record information as needed Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases Helping organize and maintain office common areas Performing general office clerk duties and errands Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

COMPUTER SKILLS TELEPHONE MANNERS PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS COMMUNICATION SKILLS DETAIL-ORIENTED AND ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY

This is a Fulltime role Monday Through Friday 12pm to 8pm
