Job Description

Job Overview Join a dynamic construction company as an Administrative Assistant, where your organizational skills and proactive attitude will keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will support daily operations to ensure project success. Your energy, attention to detail, and excellent communication will contribute directly to our team's productivity and positive work environment. Duties Supporting Job Super , Owner/Managers/Bookkeeper as needed Assist with creating and updating budgets in Google Sheets or Excel Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, especially Google Drive, Google Meets for Client Meetings, Scanning Documents to enter into Google Drive Folders, assist with schedules & material ordering and delivery to the jobs Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and coordinating office maintenance Support project documentation by proofreading reports, preparing correspondance, keeping Client Selections and Client Portal up to date Provide personal assistant support to project managers or executives as needed to facilitate smooth daily operations Experience Proven office experience in an administrative or clerical role within a construction or related industry preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in customer service and phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients and vendors Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and data entry is highly valued Familiarity with office management procedures and personal assistant responsibilities enhances effectiveness in this role This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a thriving construction team. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
