Job Description

A leading insurance organization is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with at least 2+ years of experience, ideally within the insurance or related industry. This role will support daily operations, manage documentation, and assist with internal processes in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, and reportingAssist with processing and maintaining records in internal systemsCoordinate with internal teams and support workflow processesEnsure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of tasksPrepare and submit filings for rates, forms, and rules, working with actuarial, underwriting, compliance, and legal teamsReview filings to ensure they are complete and accurateMaintain and update product forms in internal systemsRespond to regulator questions and assist with objections or auditsDraft basic documents related to filings (memos, bulletins, etc.)
