Job Description:
Hi, Pride Health is hiring a Administrative Assistant client's medical facility. This is a 2-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization. Job Title

  • $21/hr. On W2 Duration
  • 2 months+ possible extension Shift timing 9 am

Job Duties:
Front desk handling and patient reception. Answering phone calls and taking messages. Responding to patient and staff inquiries professionally. Scheduling appointments in
MOSAIQ/ARIA.
Patient registration in Eagle system. Processing pre-authorizations and insurance documentation. Preparing and maintaining patient charts and records. Managing office files, documentation, and correspondence. Collecting demographic and financial information from patients. Coordinating with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. Filing documents and handling photocopying tasks. Ensuring availability of procedure and test results. Providing independent administrative support. Managing multiple tasks while prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
