Overview We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Office Admin (Mandarin) to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth administrative workflows within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to contribute to our company's success. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent customer support and information dissemination Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assist with office management tasks, including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and organizing documents Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping Coordinate scheduling for meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management for staff Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general clerical duties to keep the workspace organized Skills Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication with diverse stakeholders Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with attention to detail Strong typing speed and data entry skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency Join us as an Office Admin (Mandarin) to play a vital role in supporting our vibrant team while developing your professional skills in a lively work environment.
