Full-Time Office Assistant Oceanic Linkways, Inc. — 1300 Livingston Ave, North Brunswick, NJ 08902 Oceanic Linkways, Inc. is a trusted name in the crystal and metaphysical gift industry. In business since 1991 , we are a wholesaler, sourcing agent, and distributor of crystals, gemstones, minerals, and metaphysical products. As a company rooted in a unique and specialized industry, we're looking to grow our team with dedicated, detail-oriented individuals.

Position:

Full-Time Office Assistant Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6 PM On-site at our North Brunswick office

Responsibilities Include:

Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally Providing excellent customer service and support Assisting with general office tasks and organization Using computer systems for basic data entry, emails, and communication Knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop is a Plus Product Photography experience is a plus but not required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience Strong phone and email etiquette Basic computer literacy (emailing, Microsoft Office, data entry) Ability to stay organized and multitask in a small office environment Attention to Detail This is a full-time role .
