Job Description

SDK Greenbrook Gardens is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support the property team with maintenance and leasing-related administrative tasks and ensure smooth operational upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience in effectively supporting multifamily properties. This role requires a true professional who prioritizes an exceptional resident experience—fostering respect, understanding, and a commitment to ensuring comfort in their homes. This is an onsite position based in North Plainfield, NJ. Rotating Saturday hours are required. About the Position As our Resident Services Coordinator, you will… Foster a safe and welcoming environment for team members and the broader community and reinforce positive behaviors by modeling SDK values. Strive to deliver a one-stop experience and provide exceptional customer support to all residents by addressing their concerns and inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary. This includes answering calls, assisting walk-in visitors, responding to emails, and communicating concerns with relevant property team members to ensure timely resolutions. Remain up to date on property-related procedures, policies, and events to effectively support residents and team members. Provide reporting and other administrative support to ensure efficient property management processes. Maintain accurate resident and property records. Perform essential administrative maintenance tasks efficiently including but not limited to coordinating work orders, managing scheduling of turns and maintaining the make ready board. Ensure apartments are make-ready for new residents following SDK guidelines and appropriate timelines and work collaboratively with property team members to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs. Support the leasing function as needed. Perform other related duties proactively and as assigned. About Your Professional Background & Skills A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in a multifamily environment. Four year undergraduate degree or a blend of related experience and training. Exceptional communication, customer service, interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and follow through skills. Proficient in MSOffice. Real Page experience is a big plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Valid driver license and ability to fulfill job-related travel requirements. Must be able to work with any employer in the US without any restrictions whatsoever. The gross hourly pay range for this position is between $20-22. The actual compensation will be based on factors unique to the candidate, including direct years of experience and depth of knowledge.
