Administrative Assistant Salary:
$25.00/hour
Job Type:
Full time, Temp to Hire, On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location:
Northvale, NJ We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Northvale, NJ location. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow by providing administrative, clerical, and coordination support to internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally Maintain and update internal systems, records, and databases with accuracy Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing logistics Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents as needed Support inventory, order processing, or operational tracking (if applicable to manufacturing environment) Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks Handle office supply management and general administrative needs Perform additional clerical duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced or team-oriented environment Work Environment On-site role based in Northvale, New Jersey Temporary assignment with potential for extension based on business needs Why Join This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic organization while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
