Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist/Book Keeper to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. Must have valid driver's license Eligible for Health Insurance available for full time employee.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Accounts payable and receivable Entry level bookkeeping Plan and schedule appointments and meetings Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Monday.com, etc.)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or construction experience Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills
