Aya Healthcare has an exciting 13-Week Administrative Assistant Contract Opportunity in Paramus, NJ!
JOB TITLE
: Administrative AssistantCONTRACT DURATION
13 Weeks - Opportunity for extension based on attendance, performance, conduct, facility need, etc.LOCATION
Paramus, NJ 07652SHIFT:
M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.ONBOARDING TIME
Expect 2-3 weeks from offer to start dateJob Details:
To coordinate all administrative and office related activities for the Research Center and all Clinical Trial Activities. The Contractor will report to the Executive Director of the Research Center.- Coordinate administrative and office-related activities for the Research Center
- Support the Medical Director, administrative staff, and department
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties
- Take detailed meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
- Manage physical and electronic records in an organized and compliant manner
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field or certification from a secretarial school preferred.
- 1 year prior administrative secretarial experience
- Strong minute-taking skills
- Experience managing physical and electronic records
- Advanced in software applications including WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and in writing)
- Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule
- Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customer's needs
- Ability to recognize and deal with problematic situations and to prioritize
- Uses discretion in confidential matters Requirements (due at time of phone screen with recruiter):
- Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90+ days must be explained.
- Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract.
- Interview availability for the next 7-10 days

Pay:
$24.50 - $27.50 per hourBenefits:
