Install Coordinator (Permits & Scheduling)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 2:00
PM Location:
In-office (Park Ridge, NJ) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Install Coordinator (Permits & Scheduling) to support our office operations. This role focuses on permit processing, inspection scheduling, warranty registration, and communication with customers, technicians, and office staff. Responsibilities:
Process and track permit applications with local municipalities Follow up on permit status and inspections Communicate with customers to schedule inspections and provide updates Coordinate with technicians and internal office staff Register product warranties and follow up as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide general administrative and office support as required
