04/02/2026 The Passaic County Clerk's office is seeking self-motivated and cheerful customer service professional for a Keyboarding Clerk 1 Bi-Lingual position. Perform routine, repetitive clerical work involving answering the telephone, attending to customers, processing of mail and other related duties as required by the department.Examples of work may include:
Schedule appointments Provide general, routine information in person or over the telephone. Key enters information into the software system. Simple arithmetic calculations and tabulations. Proofreads documents and correct errors. Perform tasks accurately within prescribed time frames. Hand stamps, letters, receipts, and other documents. Receives applications and calculates fees, screens, and assembles this information for further processing. Ability to work the daytime and evening outreach program as needed.Requirements:
