Job Description

Job Overview Home Care Office located in Piscataway, NJ, is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant, M-F, 10AM-3PM) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. Duties
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide excellent customer support and assist with inquiries
  • Utilize computer skills for various office tasks
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer literacy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingual Proficiency
  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous
  • Ability to type efficiently
  • Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
