12 Months 100% Onsite Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant III to support multiple programs while contributing to Customer Experience & Education initiatives. This role combines advanced administrative support with project coordination, training deployment, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level (Tier III) administrative support including calendar management, communication coordination, reporting, and presentation development Coordinate multiple projects, track deliverables, and support global cross-functional initiatives Assist in the development and deployment of training materials, including i-STAT system programs Support requirements gathering and user research activities Create, maintain, and manage user documentation across the i-STAT portfolio Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables Required Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant administrative or project coordination experience Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Proven experience providing administrative support (calendar management, reporting, presentations) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Top Skills Project Coordination & Multitasking Organizational Skills Communication Skills Administrative Support Expertise Documentation & Training Development Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in training content development or documentation Strong organizational and communication abilities in complex environments
