Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Weekends Required)

Job Overview:

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time role with weekend hours required , ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes and enjoys variety in their work environment. Main office will be in Ship Bottom, NJ with two days a month in our Forked River, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones, manage emails, and provide general office support Learn and use company software systems efficiently Support staff scheduling and handle administrative logistics Maintain organization in a fast-paced, multi-location setting

Qualifications:

Prior administrative or office experience a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between offices Weekend availability is required

Familiarity with real estate is a plus!
