Highly regarded, boutique investment firm located in the heart of Manhattan, is seeking a professional and dedicated Front Office Administrative Assistant | Coordinator Greet visitors, clients and vendors. Manage office operations. Maintain conference rooms and meeting spaces. Distribute lunch orders. Order supplies. Serve as point person for fire and safety issues. Handle calendar management and travel coordination for executives. Process expenses. Must possess a warm and welcoming persona with a no job too small mentality. Experience out of a fast-paced working environment, required. Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Concur. Great opportunity within a stable company with a real family feel.
