Job Description

Responsibilities Organize and manage company emails and client databases Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Maintain accurate customer and project records Track employee time sheets and worker hours Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Assist customers with basic questions regarding services and projects Upload and organize product information, pricing, and vendor data Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel Assist with basic Adobe PDF editing and document management Manage office operations and administrative tasks Support management with day-to-day business activities Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, secretary, or office management role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing Experience using QuickBooks required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and dependable Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred) Experience working in the construction, contracting, or home improvement industry Familiarity with CRM systems and client management software What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to be part of a successful and growing team
