Office Assistant

Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Company based in Windsor, New Jersey seeking Full-time Service Office Assistant. Starting pay $25.00-$30.00 an hour. Full-time employees receive full medical benefits for the employee with no cost to the employee; paid time off and holidays; Simple IRA with company match up to 3%. All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, schedule, and dispatch Technician's appointments . Assistant to the Owner of the company and Company Controller . Maintain schedules and technicians time . Billing jobs and sending invoices to customers . Register equipment
• Issue Purchase Orders to the Vendors and Technicians
• Receive Invoices from Vendors and apply to the appropriate Purchase Order
• Assist with the issuing of permits to townships
• Receive and organize

Material Required Credentials:

• One or more years of experience as a dispatcher.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all customers.
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work as part of the team
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software (Ascente).
