Job Description

About the Role Casa Esperanza is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to support the Give Hope a Ride program, operations, donor engagement, and administrative functions. This multi-faceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and enjoys balancing data, people, and events. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination (Give Hope a Ride) Manage and organize all GHAR program documentation and files Complete and track MVD paperwork and required program documentation Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting Schedule tow logistics Help with auction set up and payments. Data & Grant Reporting Input and manage program data for grant reporting Maintain accurate tracking systems using Excel Input data into spreadsheets Donor & Community Engagement Communicate professionally with donors and supporters Support donor stewardship and follow-up Input all donor information including donations Send thank you letters to donors Events & Fundraising Help plan and execute events and fundraising activities Assist with auction logistics and event coordination Provide hands-on support during events Front Desk & Operations Cross-train at the front desk to support guest services as needed Provide a welcoming, professional experience for families and visitors Communications & Storytelling Talk with families to capture stories and program impact Create and post social media content Support outreach and engagement efforts Administrative Support Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems Create folders, track documents, and ensure accessibility Support overall office and team operations Qualifications Required 2+ years of administrative or program support experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience in nonprofit, hospitality, or healthcare environments Social media content creation experience
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
