Job Description

Tyson Property Management is seeking a reliable and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the role of Property Management Coordinator . The coordinator will perform a range of administrative duties under the direct supervision of our licensed Department Managers in the managing of single-family homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic receptionist duties Answer phones and emails Ability to work on a team Perform data entry and filing Prepare and mail notices Discuss available properties and application qualifications with prospective customers Assemble lease documents Assist existing clients and customers with account questions Schedule and conduct property inspections Process tenant applications Advertise and market available properties Assist tenants with maintenance requests Prepare reports for management Dispute resolution
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Office administration experience High attention to detail Effective communication skills Strong research and problem-solving abilities Basic bookkeeping knowledge Ability to work independently and within a team Multitasking and time management skills Ability to drive to multiple property locations to perform inspections of vacant and occupied properties Basic understanding of home maintenance preferred
Computer Skills Required:
Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Familiarity with CRM and accounting software

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (one-hour lunch break) Weekly hours typically range from 35 to 40 per week Occasional on-call weekend work for maintenance emergencies
