Office Assistant

El Valle de Los Ranchos W & S Authority is currently accepting applications for a full time Office Assistant, 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:

Answering phones, greeting visitors; Preparing customer invoices/statements; Processing payments; Filing, scanning, and organizing documents; Assisting with data entry and maintaining records; provide administrative support to the office and Board of Directors.

Minimum Requirements:

2-4 years experience in similar position, knowledge in MS Office, written and verbal communication skills; valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:

experience in Quikwater and/or

Quickbooks Starting Salary:
