They run a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where office precision directly supports active industrial and warehouse operations. We are seeking a structured, proactive Administrative Office Manager to step in and coordinate daily workplace resources.
salary:
$41,600 - $45,760 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education:
No Degree Required Responsibilities Team Supervision:
Assign, coordinate, and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks among administrative staff. Evaluate performance and provide regular feedback, actively recognizing accomplishments and discussing areas of opportunity.
Compliance & Policy:
Adhere closely to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes while ensuring full compliance from your administrative staff.
Financial Oversight:
Approve vendor invoices prior to submitting them to the Corporate Accounts Payable Department. Review and approve customer invoices and financial reports prior to posting.
Data & Reporting:
Prepare and distribute Daily Flash Reports in a timely manner. Track, record, and report monthly credits to management while executing inventory modifications for the corporate office as required.
Logistics Coordination:
Manage incoming freight shipments and secure shipping quotes for sales and purchasing to ensure optimal transition times and competitive rates are maintained.
Systems Maintenance:
Update receivers and inspect automated price accuracy in the computer system. Manage and balance localized petty cash funds.
Office & HR Support:
Maintain and organize a meticulous filing and storage system for office supplies and documentation. Report employee time and support the Corporate Human Resource Department by preparing documentation and completing tasks as requested.
