Tracks and analyzes da to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Responsible for coordining and performing multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of the manager. May work as a team member on various projects. Responsible for planning time and assisting others to plan and use assigned resources to complete tasks. Responsible for coordining and accomplishing all administrive tasks in a wide range of administrive and analytical duties. Evalues and monitors office expenditures and makes sound changes based on trends and analysis, merit and deficiency situions, and known or anticiped program changes. Performs immedie and long-range planning and control for organizional services independently anticiping program changes, etc. Coordines with Human Resources for advice on advisory services as they rele to organizional reled functions including pay, leave, and benefits. Reviews travel associed mters and manages the training program including initial and recurring. Responsible for managing the office logistics program including personal property, supplies and services, and acquisition activities, awards, OSHA, security, and vehicle management. Procures office supplies and equipment and closely monitors expenditures and reviews purchase card stements for accuracy. Incumbent is responsible for providing advice and guidance on varying fiscal and administrive mters to management.
