Service Administrators! Armory CDJR Fiat of Albany is looking for motivated and experienced administrative professionals to add to the team! A Service Administrator oversees and coordinates the daily operations of a service department. They bridge the gap between customers, field technicians, and management by managing work orders, billing, and customer inquiries to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery, APPLY TODAY! Responsibilities:
Work Order Management:
Create, track, and close out customer work orders and repair tickets in collaboration with the Service Manager.
Billing & Invoicing:
Compile paperwork, price services, process invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping or purchase order tracking.
Customer Relations:
Greet clients, field incoming calls or emails, schedule appointments, and assist in resolving service-related complaints.
Resource & Inventory Coordination:
Track parts availability, order necessary supplies, and manage technician timesheets.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed customer records, warranty claims, and service logs, often utilizing CRM software
Qualifications:
Organization & Detail:
Strong ability to multitask, schedule, and manage high volumes of documentation.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills for handling customer complaints and liaising with technical teams.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with service management software, CRM systems, and spreadsheet programs like
