Networks Connect is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant for our client, a well-established 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company providing mechanical solutions to HVAC, plumbing, industrial, and fire protection markets. In this role, you will be vital supporting to their inside and outside sales departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative or customer service experience who's ready to take the next step in a professional, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Prepare and edit sales quotations, proposals, and project submittals Manage pre- and post-bid project paperwork , ensuring deadlines are met Maintain accurate digital and paper records Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and update information Support communication between sales, vendors, and customers Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative duties as needed Participate in training and educational sessions to build product and industry knowledge What You Bring Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities Able to perform basic math functions with accuracy (add, subtract, multiply, divide, precent, decimals, fractions). 1-4 years of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is a plus Experience in a technical field is a plus Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team A proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical products and systems What's in it for you?
