Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth Handle all clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings to optimize team efficiency Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and assist with basic office management tasks to ensure operational excellence Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client interactions both in person and over the phone. Maintain office supplies inventory, organize documents, and ensure a clean, organized workspace conducive to productivity Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data entry Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience phone systems and providing customer support.
