Programs Clerk Location:
Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY 17.75 per hour | Full-Time | Mon - Fri 8am-5pm, Sat & Sun OFF Keep Operations Moving. Support Student Success. At Delaware Valley Job Corps, you're not just handling paperwork. You're helping keep programs organized, efficient, and running smoothly so students (ages 16-24) have the support they need to succeed. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. ️ What You'll Do Provide clerical and administrative support to department leadership Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documents Track and maintain Center reports, requests, and contract deliverables Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist visitors Maintain Job Corps and Company systems, databases, and records Organize files and ensure accurate documentation Support special projects and assist other departments as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Collaborate with staff across departments to support daily operations What You Get Consistent full-time schedule 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Access to gym and wellness programs ✅ What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred Degree or certification from an accredited training program preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
