In this vital role, you will be the friendly face of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support to staff and visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a collaborative workplace culture. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day office operations and procedures. Perform office organizational tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing project documents and reports. Assist project managers with project invoicing. Manage incoming calls and emails, providing professional customer service. Support staff with administrative and organizational tasks as needed. Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping. Assist in preparing and submitting job proposals, bid documents, memorandums, reports, supplemental report documents and project invoices. Prepare advertisements for upcoming positions within the organization, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires. Coordinate human resources, maintain / update employee files, monitoring and implementing state and federal compliance with personnel regulatory requirements. Respond to employee queries, organizing events, assisting with minor issues and grievances with follow-up dialogue with management. Assist with any other office administration duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or office support roles preferred Proficiency in using office software applications for data entry and record management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Strong phone and communication skills
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
