Main Function:

Retrieves and distributes incoming department correspondence and distributes to remote associates. Processes paper claims for remote associates Manual credit card payment processing Actively supports the mission, goals and objectives of the department and the Health System. Completes other tasks assigned by Manager.

Experience:

Preferred familiarity with all payers, payer claim forms, and EOBs. Required excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Required excellent public/patient relations skills. Required strong organizational skills. Required a willingness to learn and pursue excellence. Preferred skills in using Outlook, Word, Excel; navigating websites; strong typing abilities Preferred Filing and office clerical experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Pay Range:

$17.61 - $21.00
