We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a 1-2 year contract position with potential for extension. In this position, you will be the backbone of day-to-day office operations, managing calendars, processing documentation, and handling public and internal inquiries with a high level of professionalism.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff or program areas.
Calendar & Scheduling:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate staff meetings, and arrange virtual or in-person conference logistics.
Document Management:
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace).
Data & Records:
Maintain, update, and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in agency databases.
Mail & Operations:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries; monitor and order office supplies as needed.
