Position Overview Utility Partners of America (UPA) is seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join its team. The primary function of this position is to perform clerical work in our Chaffee, NY office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage couriers, shipping and logistics as needed
  • Front line for organizing of all invoices for local office and communication with Human Resources
  • Accountable for scheduling and logistics for training classes, associated paperwork, and necessary equipment for each respective project.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
REQUIREMENTS
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Prior experience managing dynamic office environment
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Ability to identify areas of value and taking ownership
  • Must consent to a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check
