Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Household Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in maintaining a well-run home, is comfortable working independently, and has a genuine affinity for animals. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, discretion, and a warm, attentive approach to all responsibilities. Duties Pet Care Provide attentive daily care for a chocolate pug, including feeding, walks, playtime and general companionship Monitor the pet's health and well-being and communicate any concerns promptly Coordinate and accompany the pet to veterinary appointments as needed Errands & Household Logistics Receive, organize, and log incoming packages Manage and process returns, including packaging, labeling, and drop-off or scheduling of pickups Conduct regular supermarket and grocery shopping in accordance with provided lists or household preferences Run additional errands as requested, including pharmacy pickups, dry cleaning, and specialty shopping Household Management Perform and oversee general household chores including organization projects as directed Maintain household supplies and proactively replenish items as needed Qualifications Prior experience in a private household, personal assistant, or domestic services role preferred Genuine love of animals; prior experience caring for dogs strongly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a high degree of discretion and respect for the principal's privacy Trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting daily needs
