What You'll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert incoming calls, inquiries, and referrals into scheduled evaluations Respond quickly and professionally to patient questions via phone and email Build and maintain a strong, organized schedule that supports patient consistency Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations Clearly explain coverage, copays, and patient responsibilities Collect payments at check-in and check-out with professionalism Case Management & Data Accuracy Enter and maintain accurate patient information in EMR systems Keep electronic charts organized and up to date Communicate with referring providers and support documentation needs Front Office Operations Welcome and check in patients, creating a calm and supportive environment Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve attendance Additional Support Assist with marketing and social media initiatives as needed Support group classes and clinic activities when required You're a
Great Fit If You:
Have 3+ years of administrative or front office experience in a healthcare setting Communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately, especially over the phone Have experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and EMR systems Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Are comfortable working with patients with mobility and cognitive challenges Are proactive, reliable, and team-oriented Enjoy being part of a mission-driven environment focused on patient outcomes What's In It for You Pay:
