We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The primary focus of this position is data entry, document processing, and general clerical support. Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document processing. Maintain and update company records with high accuracy. Assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
Preferred:
Experience with QuickBooks is a major plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
