Job Description

Job Summary SVR is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing property management team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks while supporting residential and student housing operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager and Owner to assist with daily business operations, tenant communications, office administration, and property management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and takes pride in providing exceptional organizational and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support for daily office operations Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address tenant inquiries in a professional and timely manner Communicate effectively with tenants, parents, vendors, and college students regarding housing-related matters Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, maintenance requests, and vendor appointments Assist with rent collection processes, tenant notices, and recordkeeping Maintain organized property files, spreadsheets, and office documentation Help resolve tenant concerns and support conflict resolution efforts when issues arise Provide general administrative, operational, and financial support to the Property Manager and Owner as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Professional and confident when handling sensitive situations and difficult conversations Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet applications; experience with property management software is preferred Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, property management, or a related field is a plus Position Details Part-time position Flexible scheduling Competitive pay based on experience We are seeking a professional, adaptable, and motivated individual who is eager to contribute to a growing property management team.
