Parts Administrator

Tora Crushing and Screening is the McCloskey dealer for NYS and Vermont selling and servicing heavy duty machinery. We are currently seeking an administrative assistant / parts coordinator for our base in East Syracuse, NY. We are looking for an administrator with a high level of attention to detail. Candidate must be able to work independently and using their own initiative. The position will involve the following main duties:

• Inside Parts Coordinator
• Answering phone calls and sorting mail
• Filing and some light book-keeping
• Processing bank deposits.
• Composing and helping out with advertising campaigns.
• Ad hoc / general administrative activities as required; including but not limited to management of office equipment, stationary, office supplies
• Uploading pictures and descriptions of machines onto website.
• Keeping office neat and tidy Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/construction background desirable
• Experience in Quickbooks an advantage
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
