Job Duties:
Maintains attendance office files, records, and phone service. Processes student sign-ins and sign-outs. Delivers messages to students. Notifies and discusses with students questions on unexcused absences and failures to sign in or out. Verifies absences and validity of excuses by calling parents. Processes attendance data. Identifies excessive tardy absentees for Principal and Assistant Principals. Sets up attendance records at the beginning of the new school year. Performs various other related duties as assigned by Principal and Assistant Principals. Provides requested reports to administrators and counselors.
Qualifications:
Currently hold the Monroe County Civil Service Office Clerk IV title OR be on the current Monroe County Civil Service Office Clerk IV eligible list.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7.5 hours/day (not including 1 hour lunch break) 10 Months 1477.50 hours/year
Salary:
Minimum $17.50/hour
