Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Art Department We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our busy Art Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in a creative and fast-paced business environment. No prior experience is required —we are looking for the right person with the right attitude. What You'll Do Assist the Art Department with day-to-day administrative tasks Organize and track artwork, projects, and production schedules Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other documents Communicate with internal departments to ensure projects stay on track Maintain files and organize digital assets Help solve problems and keep projects moving efficiently Perform a variety of administrative and project support tasks as needed What We're Looking For Smart, dependable, and eager to learn Strong common sense and excellent problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a significant plus Why Join Us?
