About the
Role:
The Camp Parkwood Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the camp's administrative functions. This position is responsible for managing daily office tasks, supporting staff and campers, and maintaining organized records to facilitate effective communication and coordination. This role contributes significantly to the overall camper experience and operational success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic camp environment. When applying, please be sure to opt in for both text and email communication. Stepping Stone Park Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a camp or recreational setting. 1 year
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Organize the office and assist the office manager Answering phones and distributing communications Prepare forms and paperwork for camp staff Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information Monitor supplies and handle shortages.
Skills:
Knowledge of Google Drive and its corresponding apps Working knowledge of office equipment Strong organizational and time management abilities Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Monday - Friday June 29-Aug 21. Closed 7/3. 8:15am -4:30pm
