Job Description

Altair Events is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are a luxury event design and production company specializing in weddings, social, and corporate events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and can help keep daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments Data entry and CRM updates Prepare proposals, invoices, and administrative documents Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal team members Organize files, paperwork, and office operations Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1-3 years of administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and proactive mindset Event industry experience is a plus, but not required
