Administrative Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time) We are seeking a dependable and flexible Administrative Assistant to join our small office team for local Manufacturing Company. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and will primarily provide coverage during employee lunches, breaks, vacations, and other time-off periods. Hourly rate $20
- 25 based on experience Monday-Friday 8AM
- 5PM with 1 hour lunch, Full Time Monday-Friday 9AM
- 2/3PM Part Time Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Process incoming and outgoing mail Maintain and organize filing systems Assist with document control and quality-related record keeping Cross-train in Customer Service functions Cross-train in Accounting and potentially Payroll duties Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Experience in purchasing, procurement, or as a buyer is helpful but not required.
