Job Description As an Office Assistant, you will support the daily administrative and operational needs of the team by providing general office support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will assist with scheduling, data entry, document management, and office coordination, while helping maintain an organized and efficient workplace. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the office. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support Providing general administrative support to the team and leadership. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. 2. Office Operations & Coordination Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as needed. Coordinating office logistics including vendors, deliveries, and building requests. Supporting office setup, organization, and day-to-day facility's needs. 3. Data Entry & Documentation Performing basic data entry and maintaining internal spreadsheets using Excel. Assisting with filing, scanning, and document management. Organizing and maintaining internal records and documentation. 4. Reporting & Tracking Assisting with preparing basic reports and summaries for internal use. Tracking office-related expenses and administrative requests. Supporting internal tracking processes and maintaining accurate logs. 5. Cross-Department Support Collaborating with other departments to support administrative needs. Assisting with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed. Qualifications 1+ year experience in an administrative, office assistant, or clerical role preferred Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
