$28.00 - $32.00 per hour 26-04896 Job Summary The Administrative Assistant provides essential office support to ensure efficient daily operations within a healthcare-related administrative environment. This role supports managers, staff, and visitors by handling communication, scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a structured onsite setting. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Support managers and staff with organizational and communication tasks Answer and route telephone calls, provide information, take messages, and transfer calls appropriately Greet visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel Open, sort, route, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence Draft, type, and respond to routine letters, emails, and other communications Maintain schedules, calendars, and appointment systems for staff and clients Schedule and confirm appointments for supervisors, clients, and visitors Utilize email, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for daily tasks Make copies, file documents, and distribute materials to staff as needed Prepare and distribute meeting notes, correspondence, and reports Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of files and documentation Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Job Requirements Strong administrative and office support skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general office applications Ability to manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment Basic data entry and document management skills Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Work Experience Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or similar clerical roles preferred About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
