Job Description

Clerical Aide - Transportation, Maintenance & Facilities
SCHOOL CALENDAR
(Full Time Year Round Pay and Benefits, Work School Calendar) Provides clerical and administrative support for the Transportation and Maintenance & Facilities Departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, emails, and respond to staff and parent inquiries. Maintain records, files, schedules, and departmental documentation. Process work orders, transportation requests, field trips, and facility use requests. Assist with scheduling staff, buses, maintenance activities, and contractors. Prepare reports, correspondence, purchase orders, and data entry. Maintain confidential student and employee information. Communicate schedule changes, updates, and emergency information. Track inventory, supplies, invoices, and departmental records. Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, and mail distribution. Provide clerical support to department supervisors and staff. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Knowledge of Computer Applications, office software and data entry. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records. Ability to prioritize tasks and efficient problem solving skills.

Transportation Facility 4020 State Route 9
L Hours:
7:00 am - 3:00 pm (or determined by supervisor)
Pay:
$24,790.00 per year
